Dr Dennise Broderick, Managing Director and President
- Joined Galen: 2018
- Based in: Craigavon, Northern Ireland
- Experience: Dennise is a highly successful, respected, and inspiring Executive Business Leader, with an extensive career within the pharmaceutical industry including CEO/MD and senior leadership roles with Pfizer, Hospira, Zeneus and Viatris both in Ireland and Europe. Most recently Dennise held the position of Country Manager, leading the Irish affiliate of IPSEN Pharmaceuticals and was responsible for all aspects of the business.
Simon Lawrence, Commercial Director, Nordics
- Joined Galen: 1986
- Based in: Copenhagen, Denmark
- Experience: Simon has been with Galen for over 35 years and held a number of senior sales and marketing positions including business development where he was responsible for the strategic identification, evaluation & delivery of growth opportunities, such as in-licensing of new products & expansion to new international markets.
Ton Alblas, Managing Director
- Joined POA Pharma: 2023
- Based in: Sprockhövel, North Rhine Westphalia, Germany
- Experience: Ton has over 35 years of experience in medical marketing and general management in the pharma and medical device industry. Ton has been running his own medical marketing consultancy since 2003. Highly successful in setting up local structures for foreign companies. Also, together with a partner he owns and set up ARANDAL a pharmaceutical company in Ophthalmology. Previously he held MD positions in SEP/Contura (2010-2021) as well as marketing positions at Phametra (1999 – 2003), a wholesaler of medicinal products, and at Allergan (1988 – 1998).
Rens Reinhoudt, Managing Director
- Joined POA Pharma: 2023
- Based in: Sprockhövel, North Rhine Westphalia, Germany
- Experience: Rens is a European of Dutch origin and brings over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing and management in the pharmaceutical industry. Rens has worked extensively internationally and has been active in a number of therapeutic areas, primarily dealing with chronic conditions within ophthalmology and gastro-enterology. Together with Ton Alblas, Rens is responsible for their own pharmaceutical company ARANDAL in Ophthalmology. Rens also acts as a consultant for a family-owned Dutch pharma company.
